It is the belief of the WHA that most grievances are of a minor nature and the best manner to resolve such problems is at the lowest level possible, i.e., between the parties themselves. The key criteria to focus on are what are in the best interest of the respective player, the team and the WHA.
The grievance investigation, involved parties, findings, and any disciplinary actions, will be kept confidential, where possible.
If a member has a grievance against another individual, unless the grievance falls within SafeSport mandatory reporting, a 24 hour cooling off period is required. If this is a SafeSport issue, please click the WHA SafeSport link below.

On day 3 or later, if there is no change in the issues/concern:
All parties involved in the grievance will be notified of the findings and actions taken by the Board.
